How much free memory is left on Europe SDcard 2009?
Europe: ~ 2 GBCan I copy the content to another SDcard?
Yes. In case you need to transfer the data to another SDcard, please contact the Tele Atlas Service Centre and keep your product code ready. Please keep in mind that you can transfer the data only once.
What exactly is transferable between SD, SIM and handset – i.e. what data can I copy or not copy?
- The original SDcard can be used in different devices
(successive). Automatic installation leaves all the data on
SD card, and creates only Shortcuts and some necessary
files (in Symbian) outside SD card. Please see (4).
- The navigation data (software and map) is only activated
on the original SDcard. Non original SDcards with copied
content will not work in your device. For data transfer
please see (2)
- There is no relation between navigation data and SIM card.What happens if I change my device?
The SDcard can be used in different devices (successive). In case of changing of the device, all settings and personal preferences are taken with the SD card. New installation will run.Could I save the SDcard content on the internal hard disk of the mobile phone, i.e. like for the Nokia N95 8GB?
Data can be transferred with the product code (please see 2).
My SDcard does not work. It seems to be corrupt.

SD card: Yes. The navigation data (software and map) is only activated on the original SDcard. Non original SDcards with copied content will not work in your device.
DVD: The data is protected in the sense that you need to activate the map after the transfer process from DVD to SDcard or internal memory.Are map updates planned?
It is planned to launch at least one update per year.Are software updates planned?

I need to reinstall McGuider. Do I need to deinstall the previous version?
- Windows Mobile: not necessary to deinstall
- Symbian: a deinstallation is needed (original SDcards needs to
be in the phone)

Yes.
Does McGuider 2009 support multi-language entries?
Yes, for bigger cities, city and street names can be entered in different languages.
Keyboard can be switched to different alphabets e.g. from Latin to Greek.With which screen resolution is the Sygic product compatible?
It works with all screen resolutions (for smartphones) automatically. From Square VGA to S VGA.Does the Sygic product also work with touch screen?
It works with all keyboards automatically also with touch screens.
Is the version 7.7 compatible with Windowas Mobile 6.1?

This depends on your device and the operating system. In general the navigation is running in the background.Does it work on Linux OS?
McGuider does currently not support Linux OS.I installed McGuider, but my display shows only a grey map.
Please look for a location with GPS reception. Without GPS reception only demo routes can be calculated.How does the McGuider activation from DVD work?
Step 1: Transfer McGuider 2009 on the preferred data carrier supported by McGuider Assistant
Step 2: Activate McGuider on http://www.mcguider.com/en/activation.html and keep you product code (included in product) by hand.Is there any difference between McGuider 2009 SDcard and DVD?
